Snack and Steamy Fish

Tonight was a lazy dinner.

Before I headed out I was ravenous, so I had toasted bread leftovers with balsamic and extra virgin olive oil. One of my most favorite, and EASY snacks. I recommend salting the bread also.

Then when we came home dinner was whitefish (I don’t even remember what type I just pulled it out of the freezer =/) marinated in sesame seed oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and garlic.

Popped it in my steamer with some green beans and steamed some sticky rice.
